Our Search Order Pricing
The Docugence Company strives to ensure our clients receive value from our evidence and intelligence services. This commitment is reflected in our search order pricing for our primary, general public, and high-profile subject information collection solutions.
Primary Search – $497
This is a one-time search that entails:
- Searches are performed every Thursday.
- Searches are limited to existing inventory only.
- All categories and subjects are covered.
Fee Details
The fee is not transferrable to a one-year contract. For more information on additional fees, please see the “Additional Pricing” Categories and Subjects section below.
Rights and Ownership for Collected Evidence
An email notification of search results is made on Fridays. All gathered evidence will be delivered to the customer using flash drive/s or DVD/s, and the customer will then have sole legal rights and ownership of the collected evidence.
Mail Order and Payment Options
For security and privacy reasons, your search order may be sent by mail alongside a cashier’s check. We also accept bank-to-bank transfers and PayPal as modes of payment.
General Public Search – $1,497
This option entails:
- Searches are performed every Thursday for 52 weeks.
- Searches cover existing evidence already in the network.
- Searches cover evidence entering the system within the one-year contract period. This includes existing inventories of evidence dating back up to seven years that new suppliers bring in.
- All categories and subjects are covered.

This search option with fair market pricing charges entails:

- Searches cover evidence entering the system within the one-year contract period. This includes existing inventories of evidence dating back up to seven years that new suppliers bring in.
- All categories and subjects are covered.

Payment Options
Search orders may be paid through cashier’s check, PayPal, or bank-to-bank transfers only. We do not accept personal and certified checks as modes of payment.
"Additional Pricing" Categories and Subjects
In cases covered by “Additional Pricing” categories and subjects, you will be given five working days to decide whether to purchase the evidence. If you decline the offer, The Docugence Company then has the right to turn in the evidence to collect the rewards, fines, or penalties, sell the evidence on the open market, return it to the supplier, or wholesale it off in bulk to information/data brokers and information collection agencies.
Fair Market Value for All High-Profile Subject Evidence
The Docugence Company receives the current “Fair Market Value” of documented intelligence on high-profile subjects. This is however much private individuals, organizations, companies, law firms, news media, government agencies, etc., are willing to pay for the evidence on the open market.
Rewards, Fines, and Penalties
We will charge 30% on rewards, fines, penalties, or recovery fees for the subjects listed below:
a. Insurance Fraud (All Types)
b. False Claims Act Violations
c. Environmental Crimes
d. Stolen Antiquities, Relics, Fossils, and Art
Search Orders and Contracts
Photos and forms for your search order on a specific subject matter may be mailed via USPS or sent by email to photos@docugence.com. All evidence found is included with your annual contract. However, any evidence under “Additional Fee” categories and subjects that are not presently under an annual contract may be sold by The Docugence Company on the open market or submitted for rewards.

Evidence Delivery
All the evidence will be sent to you on DVDs or flash drives. We strongly suggest you make copies of the evidence immediately upon receipt since The Docugence Company does not store evidence and any backup copies that our suppliers have will be destroyed within three days of you acknowledging receipt of the evidence.
Important Notice
Canada, Western Europe, and Australia will be covered by our search and intelligence services on June 26, 2027.
